                Important: By registering and using the Ikiratours travel agency portal, you accept these terms
                and conditions in full. Please read them carefully.
            

1. Definitions

"Ikiratours": Ikiratours C.A., inbound tourism wholesaler in Venezuela.
"Platform": The Ikiratours online booking portal for travel agencies.
"Agency": The registered travel agency using our services.
"Services": Hotels, packages, circuits, transport and MICE services offered.

2. Agency Registration

To access the platform, agencies must:

Complete the registration form with accurate information
Provide valid legal documentation
Wait for Ikiratours approval
Keep contact information updated

Ikiratours reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations without prior notice.

3. Rates and Pricing

All rates are expressed in US Dollars (USD)
Prices are NET for travel agencies
Rates are subject to availability at time of booking
Prices may vary according to season (high/low)
Ikiratours reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice

4. Bookings and Confirmations

                Response commitment: We commit to responding to every booking or quote request within a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours. Final confirmation and voucher are sent once availability is verified and payment is received according to agreed conditions.
            

4.1 Booking Process

Bookings are made through the platform or by email
A booking is NOT confirmed until the official voucher is received
Response time for requests is 24 to 48 business hours

4.2 Payments

Payment must be made according to agreed conditions
Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card
For high season, advance payment is required

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days before: No penalty
15-30 days before: 25% penalty
7-14 days before: 50% penalty
Less than 7 days: 100% penalty (non-refundable)

Specific policies for each hotel or service may vary. Please inquire before booking.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 Ikiratours Responsibility

Guarantee the quality of contracted services
Provide accurate information about services
Handle complaints in a timely manner

6.2 Agency Responsibility

Provide correct passenger information
Inform customers about service conditions
Comply with agreed payment deadlines

7. Force Majeure

Ikiratours shall not be liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond its control: natural disasters, conflicts, pandemics, government decisions, etc.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content (logos, texts, images, software) is the property of Ikiratours and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Modifications

Ikiratours may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the platform.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Caracas.
