Copa Airlines will add a third daily flight between Panama City (Tocumen) and Caracas (Maiquetía) from November 1, 2026, according to the published schedule reported by AeroRoutes on September 30. The operation will mix Boeing 737-800, 737 MAX 8 and 737 MAX 9 aircraft. Panama is the region's great connecting hub to Venezuela: the third daily flight expands the combinations available to reach Caracas from across Copa's network. Ikiratours, Venezuela's 100% B2B DMC and inbound wholesaler, handles inbound operations.

What it means for your agency

More frequencies on the same route are more than more seats: they are schedules that fit more feeder flights and fewer overnight waits at the connection. For agencies across the Americas —from the United States to the Southern Cone— Panama was already the most versatile gateway to Caracas; with three daily flights, the combination becomes programmable with margin, not a bet on a single schedule. It is also a demand signal: the airline adds capacity where it sees passengers.

What to do

Review your itineraries arriving via Panama: the third daily flight can shorten connections and open arrival days that previously did not combine. Net rates for lodging and excursions are on the B2B portal, with confirmation within 24 to 48 business hours.
