Agency questions

How do I register as an agency?

Complete the form on the portal. We review every application during business hours and, once approved, enable net rates, bookings and commercial support.

How long do booking requests take to answer?

We respond within a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours to confirm availability, terms and the next operational step.

What currency are rates in and how do we pay?

Rates are in USD. After a booking is confirmed in the portal, payment is handled via BatPay or bank transfer; the official voucher is issued once payment is validated.

Does Ikiratours serve end travelers?

Our model is B2B. We support the agency on the ground while the agency keeps its client relationship.

What services can you coordinate?

Today you can check net catalog rates and register lodging bookings (hotels, guesthouses and camps) and catalog excursions. We do not issue catalog quotations. We will soon add packages, circuits, transfers and MICE. Until then, those services are not sold as our own product.

Do you handle FITs, groups or multi-destination trips?

Yes for the agency’s travelers: individuals, families or groups. Each destination is booked as lodging and, where available, excursions. Packaged itineraries and multi-destination circuits will be sold soon; today they are not sold as our own product.

What documentation do my clients need to enter?

It depends on nationality, trip purpose and current regulations. Ikiratours does not issue visas or certify migration procedures: we advise checking SAIME, the Venezuelan consulate in the traveler’s country and the airline before the flight.

Who supports the agency on the ground?

Ikiratours operations in Caracas and coordinators in the field. Your agency keeps the traveler relationship; we provide operational backup.
